Oscar Malca, our mid-Atlantic region Operations Manager, began working with Cleansolution in 2012. Oscar is one of those people you try to hold on to. He’s thoughtful, thorough and shares our vision for growth and total care of clients and employees. We did go in different directions for a while but in February 2020 we asked Oscar to re-join the Cleansolution team to head up our work in Virginia, Maryland and Washington, D.C.
Oscar brings over 15 years of experience in the mid Atlantic region, handling some of our most complex accounts. He immigrated from Peru with a degree in Business Administration and extensive customer service experience due to working in major Peruvian banks as a loan administrator. He combines a sharp customer focus with keen attention to detail to ensure our clients are 100% satisfied.
Oscar is known for uncovering client insights and asking thoughtful questions. He’s always looking for ways to present a space as clean as possible. “For me, all the details are necessary. For example, a conference room could be clean but the chairs might not be setup right, so the room doesn’t look clean.” He loves building long-term relationships with clients, and he’s excited to continue expanding Cleansolution in the mid Atlantic region.
