Let’s take a look at how it works.
First, we’ll text you a secure invitation link. We’ll make sure you’re comfortable with Streem’s terms and conditions and we’ll ask your permission before accessing your camera and microphone. When you’re ready, you’ll start the call.
Your Cleansolution representative can now see what you see and guide you with intuitive visual aids.
Now let’s start the video walkthrough. We’ll usually ask you to start at the main entrance to your space and slowly pan around to get a full view of your surroundings. Then we’ll direct you to different areas of your building while taking notes and photos along the way. The walkthrough is also being recorded so your cleaner will know exactly what to do. Don’t worry, you can turn off your camera and microphone if you’re passing through a busy or sensitive area.
To make sure you have a seamless video walkthrough, remember to:
– Charge your phone.
– Keep your phone pointed up.
– And make sure you have a strong Internet connection. You can switch to Wi-Fi or mobile data before the call if you need to.
