- You complete the IO Survey — We’ll email you a short survey so we understand your space, current challenges, and top priorities.
- Measure & tour your facility — We meet with you (virtually or in person) to confirm goals and mutual fit, then measure and tour your facility. Floor plans are helpful but not required.
- We email your proposal — You receive a custom-designed cleaning program with clear scope and pricing. We answer any questions you may have.
Step 2 — Onboarding
You choose to hire us
- Sign contract — Your proposal includes an e-signature section so we can formalize the partnership quickly and paperlessly.
- Complete intake form — This sets up billing/invoicing and identifies your primary point of contact (POC) to keep communication crystal clear.
- Watch onboarding video — A short video shows how we communicate and how issues get resolved the right way the first time.
Step 3 — SmartClean

SmartClean isn’t an app—it’s our simple, reliable system that uses email, quick surveys, and text-to-video to keep everyone aligned and issues moving to resolution.
- Email us — Send any request or question to suport@cleansolutionllc.com. Your email automatically creates a ticket in our customer support software so nothing slips.
- Complete surveys — You’ll receive occasional, super-short surveys at thoughtful moments—no long surveys. Your feedback helps us continuously improve.
- Use our text-to-video tool — When details help, one quick text is all it takes—we’ll collect short video to clarify, share it with your cleaning team, and speed up resolution.
Our Response Commitment: During normal business hours, our Leadership Team commits to a 2-hour or less response time on requests sent to suport@cleansolutionllc.com. We respond quickly and apply full force for rapid resolution, while maintaining a transparent history of communication and results.
