Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19)

Dear Customer:

We know that the outbreak of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) has caused a significant disruption to both our personal and professional lives. For some businesses it will have a devastating impact. We want to make sure we are communicating with you during these difficult times. Please know that the Cleansolution team is working diligently to protect your facilities and your health. We are here to help. To combat COVID-19, we are offering more intensive sanitizing & cleaning services in addition to our normal services. We are armed with state-of-the-art technology, extremely dedicated cleaners, and proper disinfectants all working to keep you and the occupants of your facility safer.

We want to ensure we are addressing all your questions, concerns, and comments, but are currently being inundated by phone calls and emails from new and established customers. The best way to communicate with us is to arrange a time to speak with a Cleansolution representative. Click the link below to set up an appointment to meet over the phone.

A significant number of our customers are scheduling more aggressive sanitizing and cleaning services. To respond, we have deployed a state-of-the-art electrostatic sprayer, similar to those being used around the world. It enables us to spray disinfectant on every exposed surface in a facility from top to bottom. When combined with hospital-grade disinfectant, we believe this service will be among the most effective in protecting our customers from risks associated with COVID-19. Contact us today for more details.

Customers taking the most proactive approach have been hiring us for extensive deep cleans, which we strongly encourage. We believe this is the best way to help minimize the spread of the virus. Additionally, for larger facilities, we recommend having a cleaner work during the day at highest occupancy to sanitize high touch points. Ideally, the cleaner will do several rotations throughout the facility, focusing on high touch points, eating areas, and restrooms, as well as any area that you feel requires more attention.

Please note, we have extremely limited access to sanitizing and cleaning supplies, including hand sanitizer, disinfectants, wipes, toilet paper, and gloves. As is true nearly everywhere, supplies are very limited, and inventory from our preferred vendors changes daily. If we do not have what you need at this time, we will make our best attempts to get it for you as soon as possible.

We feel it is our responsibility to take the lead in the battle against COVID-2019. Contact us today to discuss a customized sanitizing solution for your facility. We are very grateful to have you as our customer during these difficult times. Thank you for letting us serve you and be safe.

Below is the latest from the Oregon Health Authority

OHA officials continue to recommend people in Oregon take everyday precautions to prevent the spread of many respiratory illnesses, including Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) and influenza:

  • – Cover your coughs and sneezes with a tissue and then throw the tissue in the trash.

  • – Wash your hands often with soap and water for 20 seconds. If soap and water are not readily available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol.

  • – Avoid close contact with people who are sick.

  • – Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands.

  • – Clean and disinfect surfaces that are often touched.

  • – Take care of your health overall. Staying current on your vaccinations, including flu vaccine, eating well and exercising all help your body stay resilient.

Consult CDC’s travel website for any travel advisories and steps to protect yourself if you plan to travel outside of the US.
