Meet Our Team
We’re thrilled to meet you.
Thanks for stopping by. It’s not often we get the chance to introduce ourselves. We’re mostly busy working hard.
We started out with just one employee—our founder, Boris B. Barrios. Today we’re a team of almost 100. We come from many different backgrounds, but we share a common bond: respect. For our clients, for each other, for the work we do. It shines through in the exceptional service we provide.
So here’s a little more about us. We look forward to getting to know you too.
President & Managing Director
Jose oversees all daily operations at CleanSolution Services since assuming leadership of the company. A Radford University graduate and Green Cleaning Consultant, Jose expanded the family business to the West Coast, moving from Virginia with seven of his best friends from high school. The Pacific Northwest has provided a perfect backdrop for Jose’s outdoor adventures, which include whitewater paddle sports and multi-day wilderness river floats.
Building Services Manager
An apprentice electrician with Oregon’s largest independent solar contractor, Justin joined the CleanSolution team to run our maintenance and handyman services. He had previously spent three years as an account executive and tech support provider for the nation’s largest renewable-energy monitoring software company. A passionate runner, he enjoys trail running, runs half-marathons and races cross-country for Portland’s Team Red Lizard. When he’s not on the move, he makes stunning hand-blown glass art and has taught throughout the U.S. and in Japan.
Boris J. Barrios
Boris served in the Navy from 1992-1996. He went into the Navy as a Petty Officer’s and was honorably discharged in 2001. With Bachelor of Science degrees in both digital design and geography, Boris provides IT support for his parents’ business. He also manages our company blog, drawing upon more than a decade of experience as a professional blogger. An internet news junkie, he always knows the scoop on the latest PC hardware—that is, when he’s not outside biking or running.
